Step one, admitting a goal to oneself. Step two broadcasting it to the world, so you can make yourself live up to it. I live in Logan, UT. I've been running a little over three years. I mostly go out for easy runs and have just been adding distance. Now that my first marathon is behind me, I'm looking to step it up a notch. I want to reduce my marathon time by 42 minutes.
